1.1. This Policy defines the procedure for processing personal data of users of the website https://netmedi.demo.mtfy.xyz (hereinafter — “Platform”).
1.2. The data operator is WOWVOS CO., LTD., registered in the Republic of Korea (Business Registration No. 108-86-16775).
1.3. The legal basis for data processing is the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea. International law and the legislation of the user's country of residence, applicable to cross-border data transfer, also apply to user rights.
2. DATA WE COLLECT
2.1. When applying on the website: We only collect Name, Phone Number, and the subject of the inquiry (e.g., "nose plastic surgery").
2.2. During consultation: To provide medical tourism services, the User may voluntarily send additional data to the manager (via messengers or e-mail): photos, medical records, a copy of their passport.
By submitting this data, the User gives specific, informed, and conscious consent to its processing by the Company.
3. PURPOSES AND CROSS-BORDER TRANSFER
3.1. Data is collected for: selecting a clinic in South Korea, calculating treatment costs, organizing transfers and accommodation.
3.2. Consent to cross-border transfer: Since the Company is located in South Korea, the User agrees that their personal data will be transferred to the territory of the Republic of Korea.
3.3. The Company guarantees that the Republic of Korea provides adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects (at a level no lower than the requirements of the legislation of the User's country of residence).
4. TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES
We transfer data only to fulfill obligations to the User:
To Medical Institutions (Clinics): To obtain a treatment plan.
To Accommodation Partners (Hotels): Name and booking details (if you order booking through us).
Government agencies: If required by law (immigration service, customs).
5. STORAGE AND SECURITY
5.1. Data is stored on secure servers administered by the Company.
5.2. Storage period: until the processing purposes are achieved (completion of the trip) or until consent is withdrawn, but no more than 5 years (according to the E-commerce Act of the Republic of Korea).
6. USER RIGHTS AND CONTACTS
6.1. The User has the right to request the deletion of their data at any time.
6.2. The Company Representative (CEO) is responsible for data protection.
